Yes, if your cooler is on a rental agreement, we will replace it. Provided there is no significant damage and the product itself is faulty. Coolers purchased brand new come with a 12 month warranty.

Our water is sourced from the Babinda Valley Aquifer, which is a spring located 32m under the ground. The water is then pumped up and goes through 3 sediment filters, UV and ozone treatment, before being pumped into our bottles.

Yes! Our 500ml and 1.5L bottles are made from 100% recycled plastic. You can deposit bottles at an eligible Containers for Change refund point to claim 10c back per bottle.

Our 15L bottles are brought back to the factory where they are cleaned, sterilised and reused over and over, dramatically reducing our carbon footprint. We also blow our own bottles which reduces transport costs and helps us control the quality of our products.

We do not charge any additional delivery fee. Bottle prices vary based on postcode.

We deliver to each location on a set day of the week. Your order will be placed on the next available delivery to your area. We aim to deliver within the week, but during peak season this may be longer. You can also pick up from our factory in Babinda.
